Purchases are made at the customer’s discretion. Failure to review these policies does not exempt any customer from compliance.

FINAL SALE POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR STORE CREDITS.

Once an order has been submitted and processed, it cannot be altered, canceled, or modified for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Incorrect items selected

• Incorrect shipping information provided

• Buyer’s remorse

• Failure to read product descriptions

By completing checkout, you accept full responsibility for your purchase.

MADE-TO-ORDER & CUSTOM UNITS

All Made-to-Order, Pre-Order, and Custom Units are crafted specifically for the purchaser and are strictly non-cancelable and non-refundable under all circumstances.

Custom items are not eligible for dispute, reversal, or exchange.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing product descriptions in full

• Verifying order details prior to checkout

• Understanding processing and shipping timelines

The Prodigy Vault is not liable for customer oversight or dissatisfaction based on personal preference. Please proceed with purchase only when confident in your selection.

FRAUD PREVENTION & DISPUTES

The Prodigy Vault maintains detailed documentation for all orders, including transaction records, shipping confirmations, and delivery verification.

Any attempt to:

• Submit a fraudulent chargeback

• Falsely claim non-delivery

• Dispute a transaction without contacting us first

Will result in:

• Immediate restriction from future purchases

• Submission of evidence to payment processors

• Possible legal escalation

By purchasing from our website, you agree to resolve concerns directly with The Prodigy Vault prior to initiating any payment dispute.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Processing Times may vary each order.

Premade units, Accessories & Hair Care Products: 2-3 business days

Made-to-Order Items: Up to 10 business days

Processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

SHIPPING ADDRESS & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Orders ship exclusively to the address provided at checkout. Address changes are not guaranteed once processing begins.

Once a shipment is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers fully to the client.

The Prodigy Vault is not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

• Shared or unsecured delivery locations

• Carrier-related delays or errors

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

The Prodigy Vault does not assume liability for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once released to the carrier.

Clients concerned about delivery security are strongly advised to select:

• Signature-required delivery

• Carrier hold or secure access point options

Failure to select secure delivery methods is at the customer’s discretion.

PRODUCT USE DISCLAIMER

All products are used at the customer’s own risk. Results vary and are not guaranteed. The Prodigy Vault is not responsible for misuse, improper care, or individual results.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, branding, imagery, and written material are the exclusive intellectual property of The Prodigy Vault. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
